When I used this app to recognize and merge duplicate contacts, it erased many contacts completely (strangely, it seemed to target some of the people I most frequently communicate with), and for others, my texts would be labeled “Maybe: ,” even after I would go into the contact and manually correct the contact. My issue was that I had (obviously) duplicate listings after adding contacts from different sources- I.e. I had very high hopes for this app after reading all of the positive reviews. BEWARE! I would give this app a zero star if possible
